Are True Botanicals products non-toxic and pregnancy-safe?
Yes, all our products are MADE SAFE® certified, meaning they are formulated without over 6,500 known toxins. Most of our collection is pregnancy-safe, but we always recommend consulting your physician regarding specific ingredients like Vitamin A.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping and handling fees.
Do you test your products on animals?
Never. True Botanicals is proud to be Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals at any stage of product development.
